Our items are priced with postage in the UK included. Overseas customers will require to e-mail at time of purchase to establish method of payment and delivery charges there arising. It is important to understand your own countries regulations on importing certain types of Militaria products. Army Group 1944 Militaria has no liability in terms of these regulations it is the purchaser’s responsibility to check the import regulations for their own Country.
We accept all major credit and debit cards with the exception of American Express. We do allow payment on-line through the Stripe payment system or through our Sum Up account.
We also accept credit card, chip and pin, in person at the Militaria fairs which we attend. Goods ordered from the web site can be paid for using a credit card by contacting us during business hours on 01227 696050 international +44 1227 696050.
Deliveries within the UK will be by Royal Mail or national carrier. We also have contracts with specific carriers for deliveries within the E.U. and for the rest of the world. Full details and costs will be supplied at the time of ordering

We strive to describe all items fully and accurately and with the aid of photographs provide a clear view of each item and its condition. We offer a guarantee that if a customer is not satisfied in any way with the item or items received the item or items can be returned for a full, no quibble, refund within 7 days.
Customers should be aware that changes in their circumstances; indecision or merely ‘changing their mind-following receipt of goods will not entitle them to a refund.
Please note that although we make every effort to keep our website up to date it is possible that an item offered for sale may have been sold or become unavailable before we have updated the site. In this case we will advise you accordingly and return any payment made and work with you to find an alternative.
We must be informed by telephone or email that the item is to be returned as soon as possible after it has been received. In the case of U.K. based customer’s returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. European based customers within 10 days of receipt. All other parts of the World within 14 days of receipt of order.
All payments made with the exception of postage costs will be refunded. All items returned must be in the same condition as dispatched, if there is any damage, alteration, disassembly or tampering then Army Group 1944 Militaria reserves the right to decline to refund payment
